Pepper Jack Chicken

This week’s bonus recipe is brought to you by Mrs. T from Across My Kitchen Table. Mrs. T is also an active member of the Seasonal Delights forum. She shared this Pepper Jack Chicken recipe with us back in January, and we have made it several times. It’s quick to prepare and the best part is that it cooks in the crockpot all day, making dinner nice and easy! We serve it with hot rice and a fresh salad.

Tender chicken, colorful pepper strips and a creamy pepper jack cheese sauce make a delicious topping for hot rice. Very warming for these cold winter nights.

Bonus Projects and Recipes Now Free To All!

We’ve tried to be as generous as possible with Seasonal Delights, though we would like to turn this into a profitable enterprise. We’ve tried to under-promise and over-deliver at every step of the way. And yet somehow, when we decided to publish weekly bonus items, we made them “private,” so that only subscribers even knew they existed. The idea was to let our subscribers know they are special to us, and that we appreciate them.

And yet, by making those bonus pages private, we were limiting their usefulness even for the very people we wanted to reward! Since you had to be subscribed and logged in to even see the pages, many subscribers had technical difficulties getting to the material. Once logged in, subscribers who wanted to link to the pages found that their links didn’t work for others. And so on.

So now, we’ve made all of those bonus pages public. That should make life easier for everyone!
