Perfect recipe for my needs. Thursday night we’re attending a members-only picnic opportunity at the Tucson Botanical Gardens which coincides with my birthday. As we bring our own food, I was considering what I wanted to take. Your recipe fits the bill perfectly for our 100 degree weather and picnic fare. Thank you yet again for your generosity in your recipes.
