The photos for this recipe and last week’s have even more color problems than usual! Please, please, please use the Safari web browser to view these projects and see these pictures as they’re supposed to be seen!
Any other browser (so far) ruins the colors, in much the way that the four photos on this test page look different, with some of them looking washed out.
The Green Chile Chicken and the Blueberry Cream Cheese Strudel should look vibrant and beautiful, but using a browser that doesn’t support color profiles, they look unappealing. Please, just try Safari!

Actually, Phillip, I thought this looked very tasty and I’m wondering how soon I can make this myself. I am always looking for easy, quick, healthy meals.

Hi Kelli!!
I made this today and it was SOOOOO good!!! The only difference was that I had some chicken that I had roasted in the oven a few days before. I warmed that in the pan (in bite sized pieces) with a little s&p and then followed your directions. With homemade tortillas, pinto beans and a salad, my family was QUITE happy today!!
Thank you for sharing this! It will definitely be on my table again!
