Spinach Salad

This fresh spinach salad will be a delicious addition to your Easter menu!
Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
3 cups baby spinach, washed and dried
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
2 green onions, thinly slices
4 slices bacon
Balsamic Dressing Ingredients:
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Gather ingredients. In a sauté pan, fry the bacon until crisp. Drain and break into pieces.
- Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Toss the spinach, sliced mushrooms, sliced tomato, onions and bacon together in large bowl, or toss the ingredients together on individual plates. Pour dressing over mixed salad just before serving.

I totally agree what the other poster said. That looks like a great Spring Salad!
YUMMY! I’ve been eating a spinach salad for my lunches, so this goes along great. And adding bacon, hubby will be eating this too for sure. :0)
