It’s Saturday night, the first day of September. It’s not yet midnight, which is much earlier than we’ve been getting to sleep lately! It looks like we’re on target for a Monday release, though there remain some delivery issues to work out.

We “finished” the first issue around 2am “last night,” and our proofreaders helped us make a few last-minute changes today. It looks better than we ever expected, though I can see inconsistencies that reflect what a learning process this was.

Still, the site is starting to look polished, it looks like we can use the site’s registration process to track subscribers, and I’ve got one more day to decide on the best way to deliver the first issue. Great!
